Edwin Allen retain 4x800 title

Edwin Allen High School easily retained their High School Girls 4X800m Championships of Americas title with a comprehensive victory at the annual Penn Relays Carnival inside Franklin Field a short while ago. Edwin Allen win in 8:54.58 minutes ahead of Cuthbertson with Union Catholic in third.

Jamaica's other entrant, 11-time winners Holmwood Technical failed to finish the event after a mishap on the first leg.
