Dr. Kishore Shallow added: “It was with great pride that, during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Barbados last year, I joined the Board of Directors in recognizing Condé for his outstanding service to the game and to the region. That moment, though modest in scale, was a heartfelt tribute to a career defined by conviction, care, and an unshakeable dedication to West Indies cricket.”
