Dominica urges visitors to use official website to process immigration forms

The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has issued a warning about the use of unauthorized platforms for completing the Online Immigration and Customs Declaration Card. Travelers are urged to only use the official government website or other approved platforms for submitting their declarations. Using third-party or unapproved sites could result in issues such as incorrect information being submitted or potential security risks to personal data. The government emphasizes the importance of using legitimate channels to ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry into Dominica.

Authorities emphasized via statement this week that the only legitimate and secure platform for submitting the declaration is the official government’s website: https://edcard.dominica.gov.dm.

The government-managed website for completing the online Immigration and Customs Declaration Card is free to use and guarantees that travelers' information is processed accurately in accordance with Dominica's Immigration and Customs Regulations, the statement further emphasized.

The government clarified that no fees are charged for submitting the online ED forms. Travelers are strongly advised to refrain from using unauthorized third-party websites or services that claim to assist with immigration or travel processes, as these platforms may result in misinformation, potential fraud, and delays in the processing of travel documents.
