In a tragic turn of events, Becker confronted business owner Jodie Stout, 52, resulting in a fatal exchange of gunfire.
Authorities reveal that Becker’s motive for the confrontation was rooted in his belief that he had been unjustly overcharged during a prior service at Stout’s in 2021.
