Receding waters bring relief amid cleanup efforts
Despite the disruption caused by flooding, residents of Hollywood expressed relief on Friday morning as water levels began to recede from inundated streets, necessitating the towing of stranded vehicles.
DeSantis disclosed that over 100 pumps are operational to mitigate the flooding’s impact.
