Jailed dancehall star, Vybz Kartel, has been moved to another prison.

The singer reportedly was transferred from the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre in Kingston to the St Catherine District prison.

The move comes as Kartel gears up for an upcoming legal appeal on July 7th.

Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, along with three co-accused including Kahiro Jones, was convicted of the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams. They are all now serving life sentences as a result of the conviction.
