The city of Miramar will open a new drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination site for seniors and healthcare workers on Monday, February 22, 2021.

Vaccinations will be done by appointment only. Eligible residents include seniors over the age of 65 years and Southcentral and Southeast Focal Point Senior Center members.

Those eligible for the shots can make an appointment by visiting: https://miramarfl.gov/Vaccine

All vaccination appointments will be at Vizcaya Park, 14200 SW 55th St., Miramar, FL 33027.

The site will be open from Mondays to Thursdays. Appointments are available starting at 9 am-10 am timeslots through to 12 pm -1 pm timeslots.

Only the Pfizer vaccine will be administered. Residents who have already gotten their first dose of the Moderna vaccine should visit the Florida Department of Health website or call 1(866) 799-6121 to find a vaccination location.

The city of Miramar has urged residents not to show up at the vaccination site unless they have an appointment.
