As it continues to advance in this direction, the Just Try It campaign will introduce more people to the benefits of the BCT system and help them discover how public transportation can easily become a part of their journey to experiences that resonate the most with them.”
Cuff Lonergan emphasized that by positioning BCT as an integral part of the experience, eventgoers will begin to see transit as more than just a bus ride, but as a seamless connection to what excites them. Whether it’s a concert in the park or a major sporting event, BCT hopes to offer a hassle-free alternative to the traffic congestion, long wait times, and high parking fees often associated with attending large events.
Broward County Transit provides safe, reliable, and economical bus services across a 410-square-mile area through fixed routes, express lanes, community shuttles, and paratransit options.
Operating seven days a week, including holidays, BCT connects Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, serving tens of thousands of passengers daily. With 36 fixed routes, BCT offers convenient transportation to major event hubs throughout the region.
