Broward County, Florida, will host more than 2,000 business leaders, entrepreneurs and international delegates for the 11th annual Florida International Trade and Cultural Expo (FITCE) on November 18–19.

The two-day event, organized by the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development, will take place at the Broward County Convention Center, bringing together representatives from more than 70 countries for international networking, trade development and cultural exchange.

Participants will have opportunities to connect with international buyers, explore emerging markets, take part in one-on-one country matchmaking sessions and showcase products and services at the World Expo Marketplace.

The programme will also feature expert-led panels on international trade, technology, economic development, foreign-trade zones, arts and culture, among other topics.

“FITCE brings the global marketplace directly to Broward County,” said Broward County Mayor Mark D. Bogen, adding that the event connects businesses with potential partners and opportunities to expand into international markets.

This year's expo will introduce expanded programming highlighting Broward County's innovation, marine industry and cultural economy. New activities include a tour of the Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation, a 54,000-square-foot facility offering business incubation and accelerator programmes, coworking spaces, technology certification and professional development opportunities.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to take a Water Taxi cruise through Broward County's waterways to learn about the region's marine industry and blue economy.

The second day will feature the Broward Cultural Division's fourth annual State of the Arts Address, which will examine developments, achievements and priorities shaping the county's arts and cultural sector. Tours of Port Everglades and Foreign-Trade Zone 25 will also return, providing participants with a look at the county's international trade infrastructure.

The World Leaders Keynote Luncheon is scheduled for November 18, offering another opportunity for attendees to engage with international leaders and discuss global perspectives.

“FITCE puts international business resources within reach, whether you're exploring exports for the first time or preparing to expand into your next market,” said Maribel Feliciano, director of the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development.

Last year's expo attracted 2,079 attendees, 255 local and international exhibitors and representatives from 70 countries. According to organizers, 43% of surveyed attendees reported making a valuable business connection or closing a deal.

Over the past decade, FITCE has facilitated more than US$23 million in sales through its business networking and trade activities.

General admission to FITCE 2026 is free, although additional fees apply for the keynote luncheon and some tours. Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for the World Expo Marketplace are also available.

Registration is open at FITCExpo.com.
