Bomb threat forces USVI school into lockdown

Reports are that the Lockhart Elementary School in the US Virgin Islands was placed on lockdown on Tuesday due to a bomb threat.

Reports are that the Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) said in a Facebook post that the Emergency Call Centre received a call at 10:21 am, from a male stating “he was going to blow up the Lockhart Elementary School then hung up the phone.”

Parents and members of the public have been advised from coming to the school campus.
