Renting out two VIP theaters at Regals Cinemas in Diana Point, Crawford curated an invitation-only event that brought together esteemed guests, including artist/actor David Kerr (known as Davo), who portrayed his father, Junior Marvin of The Wailers, in the film, and reggae superstar Wayne Wonder.
Recognition of local actors
Crawford, a stalwart in Caribbean entertainment, emphasized the importance of acknowledging local talent within the movie. Other Jamaicans featured in the movie include musicians Naomi Cowan, J-Summa, Aston Barrett Jr., Hector Roots Lewis, Sheldon Shepherd, and singer Sevana.
