Following closely on the heels of a sponsorship announcement with Supreme Ventures, Reggae Boyz captain Andre Blake has secured another endorsement deal, this time with Spectrum Systems Limited, Jamaica’s largest distributor of roofing and building products.

Spectrum Systems, known for its other sports sponsorships including the Waterhouse Football Club and race car driver Sara Misir, will feature Blake in its advertising campaigns and support its football sponsorship endeavors. As part of the agreement, Blake attended the Jamaica Premier League Super Final last Sunday to present a gift to Waterhouse FC, who finished fourth in the 2023-24 season.

Andrew Stanigar, Managing Director of Spectrum Systems Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the alignment between Blake’s qualities and the company’s values. “We invest in sports sponsorships because they allow us to connect with our customer base. Both Andre Blake and Spectrum Systems have a lot in common: quality, reliability, and consistency. It makes sense to align the number-one roofing company with Jamaica’s number-one goalkeeper,” said Stanigar.

Aim to inspire and connect footballers across the island

For Blake, this partnership offers an opportunity to strengthen his connection with local football supporters. “Sponsorships like this allow me to connect better with Jamaica’s football fans. I look forward to what we will be able to achieve together as I aim to inspire and connect footballers across the island, while also championing Spectrum’s advertising campaigns. It’s a win for everyone,” said Blake.

The sponsorship deal will run for two years, marking a significant collaboration that aims to enhance both the visibility of Spectrum Systems and Blake’s influence in Jamaican football.
