Lindsay Shiver, 36, is reported by Bahamas Court News to have been apprehended alongside her alleged lover, Terrance Bethel, 28, and an additional accomplice, Faron Newbold, 29.

The trio made their initial court appearance before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley last Friday. They are scheduled to appear in court again on October 5.

Evidence uncovered in a burglary investigation

Their arrest occurred last week, following an investigation into alleged burglary activities at a restaurant named Grabbers Bar and Grill, located on Great Guana Cay.

According to reports, authorities discovered WhatsApp messages on their mobile devices, allegedly exposing a planned assassination plot.

The plot involves Robert Shiver, 38, Lindsay’s estranged husband who recently initiated divorce proceedings, according to US media reports.

An alleged extramarital affair

The unraveling of their decade-long marriage reportedly occurred after Robert discovered his wife’s alleged extra-marital affair.

The revelation of the Shivers’ marital discord and subsequent legal predicaments has stunned many who knew them.

Their online presence portrayed an idyllic Christian family, with Lindsay often expressing her affection for her husband and their three children.
