The owners, Chris and Lisa Binns, bring you to their table next to their farm. Before eating, Chris takes diners on a tour of the farm, connecting with the produce in the wild. In the meantime, Lisa leads the charge in crafting lovingly-prepared, gourmet dishes with ingredients grown right on their land. The duo are self-proclaimed “Locavores”  – lovers of all things local – and they craft a seasonal menu extracting the most of the natural bounty that surrounds them.

The culinary team takes patrons on a flavorful journey throughout Jamaica and beyond. Their NYC-style pizza pairs artisanal charred flatbread with homemade nut mozzarella and natural toppings. The Jamaican Mezze board is a crowd-pleaser, consisting of crispy plantain chips, coconut-crusted yams, pineapple croquettes, eggplant accras, and Louisiana-inspired smoky corn beignets, all accompanied with a variety of in-house sauces and homemade hummus.

The menu changes with the season and can be adjusted to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Reservations have to be made in advance, and Stush in the Bush is open on Fridays and Sundays. Private bookings are also available.
