In an interview with the Jamaica Observer during the launch of the Live and Direct series at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston, Chin expressed her excitement about the creative process. “We’re gonna start off with a release or two for Christmas. I want to get back in that mode, I want to get creative again, and that’s a blessing for me,” she stated.

Chin is scheduled to perform at the launch event alongside Boyz II Men and Lila Ike. Reflecting on her artistic journey, she admitted, “If I’m being honest, I haven’t felt that way in a long time [creating music], so I’m just having fun.”

When asked about potential collaborations for the upcoming album, Chin mentioned her admiration for fellow artists, saying, “We’ll see. I love Tarrus Riley; he’s amazing. I’d love to do a song with him. I love Alaine; I think she’s awesome. I want it to be like old friends meeting up again.” Fans eagerly await more details as Chin embarks on this exciting new chapter in her music career.
