This year’s festivities will run from Saturday, June 29th to Sunday, June 30th.

Dream Wknd NYC is a collaboration between Jamaica’s Dream Entertainment and New York-based Platinum Events. The festival is expected to draw thousands of ‘Dreamers’ from across the tri-state area, eager to partake in the vibrant Caribbean atmosphere.

Event 1 hosted by Spice

The excitement kicks off on Saturday, June 29th, with ‘World Dance Best of the 90s’ at Club Musica in Manhattan. Hosted by none other than Jamaican dancehall queen and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Spice, the night is set to be an explosive start to the weekend. Known for her dynamic performances and infectious energy, Spice will bring her signature style and unparalleled talent to the forefront, promising a night of non-stop entertainment. Her raunchy, rhythmic lyrics and quirky persona are sure to captivate both local and international visitors.

“We are beyond excited to have Spice join us for this year’s Dream Wknd NYC,” said Kamal Bankay, Group Chairman for Dream Entertainment Ltd. “Her electrifying performances and larger-than-life persona embody the spirit of our festival, and we can’t wait to see her light up the stage and create unforgettable memories for our attendees.”

Event 2

Following the high-energy Saturday night, the festivities continue on Sunday, June 30th, with the original all-white Caribbean day party, DAYDREAMS, held at Industry City in Brooklyn. This iconic event, a staple in Jamaica for the past 20 years, encourages patrons to don their best all-white outfits, creating a chic Caribbean day party vibe. With some of the biggest DJ names in the Caribbean music scene, including Massive B, Noah Powa, Coppershot, Platinum Kids, Suave Luciano, DJ Kevin Crown, and DJ FADE, the party is sure to keep the energy flowing with a mix of Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Hip-Hop, and Afrobeats.
