Dancehall star Skillibeng is closing 2024 on a high note, as his collaboration “Jump” with South African singer Tyla and American rapper Gunna has achieved silver certification from the British Phonographic Industry (BPI).

The track, certified on December 6, surpassed 200,000 units in sales and streaming in the United Kingdom.

Released on March 22, “Jump” is featured on Tyla’s self-titled debut album under Fax/Epic Records. The song has already earned gold certification in Canada (40,000 units) and Brazil (20,000 units), reflecting its global appeal.

The track has been a fixture on various Billboard charts, including US Afrobeats Songs, World Digital Song Sales, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, and Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay. This marks Skillibeng's second silver certification in the UK, following his hit “Crocodile Teeth,” which achieved the milestone in September.

“Jump” is also nominated for a Billboard Music Award for Top Afrobeats Song, with the awards ceremony set to air on December 12. The track has garnered widespread acclaim, ranking #4 on Vibe magazine’s Songs of the Summer list and #13 on NME’s 50 Best Songs of 2024.

Skillibeng’s continued success with "Jump" cements his place as a global force in music, as the song continues to resonate across charts and audiences worldwide.
