Caribbean and global icon Rihanna continues to expand her empire—this time lighting up Saint Lucia with the official launch of Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Fenty Eau de Parfum at Castries Duty Free in La Place Carenage.
The June 7 launch drew a lively crowd of makeup lovers and Rihanna fans eager to get their hands on the internationally acclaimed brand, known for its bold colors, long-wear formulas, and groundbreaking inclusivity. The event featured live product testing and personalized shade matching from professional makeup artists on-site, creating a festive, fashion-forward atmosphere that felt like a prelude to the island’s upcoming Carnival season.
“It’s the perfect time,” said makeup artist and Fenty Beauty rep Paige Ramsey. “The products are bright, fun, and they’re inclusive—and Carnival is the perfect time to embrace that.”
Fenty’s arrival in Saint Lucia comes with all the bells and whistles. From fan-favorite foundations to skincare essentials and Rihanna’s signature fragrance, the store’s offerings match an international assortment and pricing.
Since its debut in 2017, Fenty Beauty has revolutionized the cosmetics industry. Rihanna’s insistence on a shade-inclusive product line, starting with 40 foundation shades and now expanded even further, pushed the beauty world toward more diversity, forcing other major brands to follow suit. The move was a cultural statement that aligned with Rihanna’s fearless, unapologetic approach to artistry and self-expression.
Though fans continue to plead for a new album, Rihanna’s musical influence remains legendary. Her voice has dominated charts and airwaves for nearly two decades. With nine Grammy Awards and countless chart-toppers under her belt, she’s one of the most successful Caribbean-born musicians in history. This year, she has been tapped to add her signature vocals to the upcoming Smurfs Movie.
Beyond music and beauty, Rihanna has become a certified fashion powerhouse, setting trends with her own label, Savage X Fenty, the singer-turned-mogul has collaborated with luxury fashion houses including Dior, Gucci, and Balmain, becoming the first Black woman to head a luxury brand under the LVMH umbrella. Her edgy style, boundary-pushing maternity looks, and commanding presence have earned her status as a global fashion muse and innovator.
As Fenty continues its regional rollout, Saint Lucia marks a proud chapter in that journey—making global luxury accessible.
With Carnival on the horizon and beauty lovers ready to shine, Rihanna’s Fenty is more than a brand—it’s a bold, brilliant celebration of Caribbean flair, confidence, and culture.
