Kaya Kingston is set to be transformed into a vibrant day party and community experience, showcasing EP’s signature blend of top-tier musical performances, lively aesthetics, and the welcoming spirit that Jamaica is renowned for. Opening its gates at 8 PM, the event will feature a lineup of local and international DJs, live performances, delicious food, and interactive installations. This celebration aims to honor the profound connections between the global diaspora and Jamaica’s rich cultural influence.

Everyday People (EP) transcends the concept of a mere event—it’s a vibrant community and cultural platform. Recognized by Vice as “The World’s Coolest Day Party,” EP leads the way in uniting the musical, aesthetic, and cultural dimensions of the global diaspora in a joyful celebration of black culture. As EP embarks on global tours, it serves as a beacon for those seeking a rich blend of music, culture, and community, expanding cultural horizons and strengthening global connections.

In addition to its live performances, EP collaborates with community members to create safe spaces for discourse and dialogue, focusing on areas such as wellness, travel, and philanthropy.

Forbes Magazine describes the event as a safe space for people of color “Everyday People has celebrated the diversity of Black culture — African and American, immigrant and first-generation — through community, music, and food. It is designed to be a safe space, a proud space, a space to be anything you want to be.”

EP says their mission is to celebrate the creativity & diversity of black culture across the global diaspora. Showcasing expressions of art, identity, thought, and community gathering – creating respectful, joyful & proud spaces for them to live.  Spaces to experience inspiration, freedom, connection, and belonging.

From New York to Lagos, and now Kingston, Everyday People is a guiding light for individuals across the globe seeking not just a party, but an enriching blend of music, cultural exchange, and unity.
