An event planner or coordinator must ensure that every component is well-structured and managed for a successful outcome. For some, this might be a challenging endeavor because it requires time, a great deal of creativity, organizing skills, and responsibility. However, for Trinidad-born Antoinette Allen, event planning has always been a passion. Intertwined with her skill in interior designing, Antoinette is today fulfilling her long desire through her business Endless Love Events.
After moving to Jamaica from the United States, Antoinette was in search of a job to establish her new life with her family. Throughout her hunt, she found joy in altering the colors of her house and arranging color-coordinating cushions, all of which created unique aesthetics in her home. Though she helped others plan and organize events, she never used her marketable skills to launch her company. However, it only took one occasion to give her the push she needed- her wedding day.
In 2014, Antoinette planned her wedding just as she had always envisioned it. In just one week, the bride-to-be assumed the responsibilities of an event planner, coordinator, and interior designer. Her wedding day was unforgettable not just because she married the love of her life, but because her creativity and organizational abilities allowed her to realize that she can turn this passion into a full-time business. Others also saw her talents and were interested in using her service once she got started.
She encountered many financial obstacles while she worked to start her business, but her perseverance allowed her to overcome them while saving enough money and making use of additional job possibilities to make the most of her skills.
In late 2019, Antoinette established her business and got it registered after partnering with one of her closest friends, who too had similar dreams. Together, they officially launched a bridal boutique.
Endless Love Events, located in St Catherine, Jamaica made multiple sales and has been highly profitable. However, when the world was faced with the global pandemic in 2020, COVID-19 wreaked havoc on the company.
With global preventative measures and a drop in sales and business worldwide, many people were not getting married, resulting in small weddings that did not require Antoinette’s services. She was disappointed after her business was in operation for less than a year and wondered how it would rebound from the pandemic.

To her surprise, Antoinette’s company grew after the Jamaican government declared the reopening of regular operations. Since then, several brides-to-be have contacted her for bookings.

After planning and coordinating a wedding for a popular social media influencer, many people began recognizing her work, pushing her business to the next level. Endless love Events began to make several sales from supplying beautiful dresses to brides, bridesmaids, mini brides, and flower girls, to producing home décor for clients and planning and decorating birthday parties and corporate events.

The Trinidadian was even recognized by government entities and acquired a contract, becoming a go-to interior designer for official events. In March 2022, Antoinette received her biggest task yet- adorning the Spanish Town hospital as part of the historic visit when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Jamaica.

These accomplishments, among others, have allowed her to make a name for herself while receiving daily increases in clientele. What began as organizing her wedding evolved into a business that helps others have ideal and unforgettable experiences for any momentous occasion.
By developing theme ideas, arranging locations, dealing with suppliers, handling logistics, and creating distinctive aesthetics, the Trinidadian has fulfilled her dream in Jamaica through Endless Love Events. Antoinette Allen is certain that her company will grow expeditiously as she strives for more job opportunities locally and internationally.
