Jamaican landlord  in NY confesses to triple murder

A Jamaican landlord residing in Queens, New York, has confessed to fatally stabbing deaths his girlfriend and two tenants.

Confession at the police station

According to the New York City Police Department, the 54-year-old man, whose identity remains undisclosed, walked into a local police station on Tuesday and admitted that he had been grappling with ongoing issues involving the tenants residing in his Queens home. 

Reports are that he confessed that he “did something bad” at the house.

A grisly discovery

Responding swiftly to the landlord’s confession, the police rushed to his two-story house, at approximately 7 am. 

Reports are that officers found two tenants – a man and a woman – dead in the basement, and the suspect’s girlfriend dead in an upstairs bedroom.

The police also reported that all the victims suffered multiple stab wounds.

It is further reported that the man is facing charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

Reports indicate that neighbors of the suspect are shocked as they described him as a seemingly pleasant individual who predominantly kept to himself. 

No prior criminal record

The suspect who is from Kingston, Jamaica has no prior criminal history, according to the police.
