City of Lauderhill to Open a Vaccination Location at John Mullin Park

Starting Monday, February 1, 2021, John Mullin Park (2000 NW 55 Ave.) will serve as a COVID-19 Drive-thru Vaccination Site in Lauderhill.

This site is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to Lauderhill Residents who are 65+ years and older.

Vaccination appointments can be scheduled online starting Wednesday, January 27, 2021, after 10:00 AM at lauderhill-fl.gov/covid19. To make an appointment, go to the “Vaccine” tab on that page for more information on how to schedule your appointment.

If you do not have computer access or have a question, you may call the city’s COVID-19 Call Center at 954-730-3008, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The operating hours for the COVID-19 Drive-Thru Vaccination Site are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. City officials are urging residents not to go to John Mullin Park unless they have an appointment.

When you have made an appointment, ensure to bring a completed Consent Form with you to John Mullin Park. You can download the form at lauderhill-fl.gov/covid19 under the “Vaccine” tab.
