Clarke underscored the station’s innovative approach, building upon the esteemed legacy of Irie Jam Radio, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary.

Clarke highlighted the critical role CaribStar Radio plays in bridging communication gaps within the community, particularly following the discontinuation of 93.5FM, WVIP Irie Jam Radio. 

He noted that the absence of this vital platform left a palpable void, disrupting not only communication but also commerce within the community.
