Caribbean Tourism Organization announces Caribbean Week in New York 2025

The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) is gearing up to bring the rhythms, colors, and conversations of the Caribbean to the heart of Manhattan with Caribbean Week in New York 2025 (CWNY 2025), scheduled for June 1–6 at The Westin New York at Times Square.

Billed as the premier Caribbean tourism event in North America, CWNY 2025 will spotlight the theme “Caribbean Resilience: Crafting Tomorrow’s Tourism,” uniting key stakeholders, media, and members of the Caribbean diaspora during Caribbean-American Heritage Month. The full week’s schedule is available at bit.ly/caribbeanweekprogram2025.

This year’s agenda promises a dynamic blend of high-level forums and cultural showcases, including the Caribbean Media Marketplace, Caribbean Media Awards, leadership forums, and panels on artificial intelligence in tourism. Attendees can also expect lively networking events, CTO business meetings, and a celebration of Caribbean innovation and youth with the Caribbean Next-Gen Showcase and the Jean Holder Scholarship initiative, led by the CTO Foundation.

The event also places a spotlight on women in leadership with the Caribbean Women’s Leadership Dinner and Awards, and dives into creative industries during a special session on the orange economy.

“There is no better time than now for the Caribbean to come together, strategize, and create sustainable pathways for the future of our tourism industry,” said Dona Regis-Prosper, Secretary-General and CEO of the CTO. “Caribbean Week in New York provides a valuable opportunity for us to showcase the strength, resilience, and unique offerings of our region while fostering deeper connections with our diaspora and key industry players.”

The CTO is also calling on sponsors to support and align their brands with the Caribbean’s most influential tourism gathering. Sponsorship packages include customizable options such as brand visibility across event signage and online platforms, speaking opportunities, and exclusive access to high-level networking events like the Media Marketplace and industry luncheons.
