Lauderhill Police Department raises awareness about bullying

The City of Lauderhill Police Department is aware that school bullying has become a national epidemic. Together the Lauderhill PD and the School Board of Broward County will raise awareness about the seriousness of bullying and help put a stop to this damaging behavior.

On October 1, 2018, the two agencies will carry out its First Annual Anti-Bullying Walk-A-Thon to inspire and empower everyone to say; BULLYING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO BE SAFE AT SCHOOL. This movement will continue until all of Lauderhill’s residents have had an opportunity to join and stand up against bullying. No one should ever be a recipient, witness or identified as someone who condones such behavior.
