In an article first published by the Associated Press on Monday, September 11, Jamaican law enforcement authorities have formally accused a 25-year-old man from Montego Bay of multiple counts of murder.
Four Murders in July and August
According to the police, the man is responsible for a series of killings that have claimed the lives of at least four individuals.
According to a statement released by the police on Sunday, this young man stands charged with the brutal slayings of two homeless men, an elderly woman, and a male youth in the months of July and August. All of these victims were discovered with fatal stab wounds in the St. James parish, which encompasses the renowned tourist hub of Montego Bay.
Investigation into these gruesome incidents is currently ongoing.
