The City will be providing these valued federal employees with free tickets to the 14th Annual Jazz in the Gardens (JITG), the City’s signature festival taking place on March 9th and 10th, 2019.

Heroes among us

“There are heroes among us. Since December 22, 2018, our economy in South Florida has in many ways been dependent on individuals, like these, who have not received a pay check yet they still show up to work. The federal employees at MIA and FLL Airports have been our heroes. In appreciation for their service, Jazz in the Gardens is on us. The City of Miami Gardens is providing 5000 tickets to JITG to these employees,” stated Mayor Oliver Gilbert.

“Top-notch” line-up

The 14th Annual Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival (JITG) is ushering in the 2019 festival season with another “top notch” lineup.
