Broward County’s Records, Taxes and Treasury Division (RTT) now offers customers the ability to avoid long lines and wait times for US Passport Services with QLess, a mobile queue management solution, when applying for or renewing a US Passport in the Division’s Passport Application Center, located at the Governmental Center, 115 S. Andrews Avenue, Room 114, Fort Lauderdale. This new technology furthers the County’s efforts to offer citizens more convenient and cost effective services.
Customers can easily join the online virtual Passport queue by scheduling an appointment via:

• On-site RTT kiosks located in Room 114, Governmental Center, downtown Fort Lauderdale
With this new technology, the County expects to improve the Passport Application process and increase customer satisfaction with the QLess dynamic line-management technology. QLess provides the only appointment platform integrated with walk-in traffic, and has the ability to significantly reduce wait times, and reduce crowds. There is no additional fee to customers for this service.
