Since launching the brokerage firm in 2016—rebranded in 2025—Gray has worked with her five-member team to uphold the company’s core values of service, compassion, and empowerment. The Kingston-based firm, located at 11 ½ Connolley Avenue, continues to assist clients in navigating the real estate market while providing tools and resources for wealth-building.

“Stella means shining brightly in the lives of others, illuminating paths with wisdom, compassion, and strength,” Gray explained. “Our mandate is to leave a lasting impact, not just through real estate transactions, but by inspiring those we serve to reach for their dreams.”

Gray, a Port Royal native and graduate of Port Royal Primary and Infant School before attending high school in Los Angeles, is certified in real estate in both Jamaica and the United States. She also studied at the Art Institute of Atlanta and has ventured into the culinary space by opening a restaurant showcasing her cooking skills.

Beyond real estate, Gray has also made her mark as an author. Her debut book, Reversing Turmoil (2024), has been praised for its relatable themes of healing and personal growth. “It’s about getting to the roots of our trauma that we tend to bury; reversing so we can elevate in every aspect of life,” she said. Readers have described the work as “soul-touching” and “a good read” for those seeking internal, spiritual, and mental growth.

The book is available at tinyfootprintsacademy.com and will soon be listed on Amazon. Gray also confirmed plans to release a second book in 2026.
