Kull was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of computer pornography. According to the arrest report, investigators discovered multiple images of child pornography on devices linked to Kull. Some of these images reportedly depicted girls between the ages of 5 and 12. The report also detailed images and videos taken from a discrete location of children at a public pool.

Kull appeared before a judge over the weekend, who set his bond at $105,000. As part of his bond conditions, the judge ordered Kull to wear an electronic monitor and prohibited him from accessing any internet-capable device. “That’s a phone, computer, laptop, iPad, Apple Watch, television or gaming system that can access the internet, Nest system in his home, refrigerator that can access the internet, it doesn’t matter what the device is, he’s can’t access the internet,” the judge stated during the hearing.

In response to the allegations, Broward Health has suspended Kull from his position. A spokesperson for Broward Health released a statement saying, “We are aware of and appalled by the allegations made against Mr. Kull. Due to the nature of the pending charges, we have taken immediate action by suspending Mr. Kull’s employment and are fully cooperating with law enforcement. The alleged behavior is abhorrent and in direct conflict with our values. We are mindful of the individuals and families who may be impacted by this deeply troubling situation and offer our sincere support to any who might be affected.”
