The game, held on Saturday, showcased the talents of Omari Glasgow, who notched his fifth goal of the season, making him the top scorer in League B. This win provided Guyana with a three-point lead over second-placed Puerto Rico, with a rematch scheduled for Tuesday.
In the Puerto Rico vs. Guyana encounter at the SKNFA Training Center in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, both teams entered the match undefeated in the group. Puerto Rico took an early lead in the 11th minute with a goal from Leandro Antonetti, courtesy of a cross from Darren Rios. Antonetti came close to extending their lead in the 47th minute, but his attempt narrowly missed the mark.
Guyana’s goalkeeper, Quillan Roberts, made a critical save in the 56th minute to keep the scoreline within reach for his team. Omari Glasgow leveled the match in the 60th minute, converting a penalty after Kelsey Benjamin was fouled inside the box. Benjamin then gave Guyana the lead in the 63rd minute, capitalizing on a drive into the box by Liam Gordon. Deon Moore sealed the victory for Guyana with another goal in the 85th minute.

Javorn Stevens scored twice early in the match, in the third and ninth minutes, with assistance from Joshua Parker and Dion Pereira, respectively. Thomas James Bramble added to the lead in the 43rd minute.
The Bahamas managed to get on the scoreboard in the 62nd minute through Wood Julmis, converting off a throw-in. Antigua and Barbuda continued their offensive efforts and earned a penalty in the 77th minute, which Quinton Griffith converted, restoring their three-goal lead.
