McConnell’s dominance was evident from the start as he took an early lead in the six-lap final. Despite facing a challenge from Oliver Eriksson, who briefly overtook him in the heavy braking zone, McConnell quickly regained the lead after executing a strategic move just after the joker merge.

With Eriksson falling behind, McConnell capitalized on the opportunity to extend his lead while a fierce battle ensued among other contenders, including Larsson, Timmy Hansen, and Andreas Bakkerud.
