This weekend, Jamaican wellness influencer Kamila McDonald will take her holistic total fitness program to South Florida. On June 10 from 8 am – 12 pm, McDonald and company will lead a group of enthusiasts through a half-day festival of health called The Well Fit Link Up South Florida Edition.

Joining McDonald is a slew of Miami-based experts across many different focuses. World-class fitness trainer, Blackraw, will share some of the secrets behind his incredible physique, giving tips on workouts and maintaining a vegan lifestyle.
Yoga influencer Rocki, of Yoga Babe Studio, will lead a complete “mind and body yoga flow” to recalibrate the physical self and build deeper strength and flexibility.
The self-proclaimed Mushroom Don, Chef Kofi, of Dub n Grub which specializes in vegan street food, will lead a demonstration on plant-based cooking, sharing healthy recipes and information about the nutritional benefits.
Holistic influencer and fitness speaker, Fab C, will lead a chakra cleanse, to help release blockages and allow energy to flow freely throughout the body by connecting with the breath through meditation.
Nicole Chaplin, a fitness powerhouse and motivator, rounds out this assembled avengers of health. An ambassador for holistic health, Chaplin targets the intersection of physical and mental health through her programs and TLC products.
The event will be hosted by the charismatic Miramar Mayor Wayne Messam, with special guest Consul General Oliver Mair in attendance. The Well-Fit Link Up will be held at the Miramar Cultural Center at the Botanical Gardens, 2400 Civic Center Place.
