One month after it was announced that one lucky winner had hit the historic jackpot, the suspense has finally ended as an overjoyed A. Fraser has claimed his massive winnings of $542.5 Million.

“I heard someone from Clarendon won but I didn’t think it was me. I was on the phone with a friend and they were calling out the winning numbers – me eye dem wide out when me see say me win, cold bump start wash me! Me run out to me kids dem and say ‘unnu daddy rich!” said an emotional Fraser. 

The winning ticket with lucky numbers 05, 19, 22, 23, 33 and Superball 08 was bought at True Friends Emporium in Clarendon.

The magnitude of his win brought Fraser to tears as he recounted numerous struggles he faced in his childhood and now in raising his own children. He was overcome with emotions upon realizing how his fortunes had changed overnight with his Super Lotto win. 

“Lord knows I been through a lot of struggles. I remember as a youth, some days were rough. Even as a father now, there were days I could hardly find it to buy food for the kids. I always tell them to keep the faith and that whenever I get money they will be alright, so now dem alright. Now that I’ve won this Super Lotto jackpot they can now enjoy life, they have nothing to worry about,” said a tearful Fraser.
