Comedian Tanael Joachim brings ‘Haitian Dreams’ to Miami stage

Haitian stand-up comedian Tanael Joachim, popularly known as TJ, is to bring his much-anticipated “Haitian Dreams” tour to the Sandrell Rivers Theater in Miami on Saturday, August 5th.

Famed for his humorous insights on a broad range of compelling subjects — from his personal immigration journey to the U.S., to his musings on religion, languages, and America’s global position — TJ has carved out a niche for himself in the world of comedy. 

His birth and upbringing in Haiti, coupled with his current residency in New York City, have endowed him with a unique perspective on life and a natural comedic flair that is hard to match.

A testament to his growing popularity in the comedy circuit, TJ has left an indelible impression on audiences, often leaving them in stitches of laughter while simultaneously prompting deep contemplation. 

TJ’s expanding influence: Major appearances and opening acts

His comedic prowess extends to high-profile appearances at leading comedy clubs, where he often shares the stage with established comedians, and his standout performances at prestigious comedy festivals have further solidified his emerging prominence in the comedy sphere.

His celebrated comedy special “JANUARY 3RD,” is available for streaming on Amazon, and his widely acclaimed album “SON OF HAITI” can be found across all major audio platforms.
