Between the two resort properties, guests staying at either now have access to 11 all-inclusive dining options and eight bars making Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive a premier culinary destination.

“We are delighted to introduce the reimagined Ginger and brand new Le Café to our guests,” shares Marin Bijl, general manager of Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive. “Our culinary offerings are such an important aspect to the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives experience, and by continuing to expand on those offerings, our guests are able to enjoy a truly world-class all-inclusive experience when they stay with us.”

The newly opened Le Café, an open-air cafe located at Divi Aruba, invites resort guests to enjoy freshly brewed gourmet coffees, teas and several breakfast options in a charming outdoor dining setting.

Le café’s specialty dark blend coffee, Smit&Dorlas, provides a balanced blend of sun-dried Arabica and washed Arabica from Brazil, East Africa and Colombia, creating perfectly roasted beans that offer powerful flavor – ideal for espresso and cappuccino lovers.

Guests can also choose from the wide selection of freshly baked goods and pastries, with delicious options such as apple crumble banana bread, cinnamon rolls and more. Open daily from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m., Le Café is positioned in a relaxing area overseeing the Caribbean, inviting guests to enjoy the specialty coffee, delicious breakfast items, and the ocean breeze.

Ginger, Asian Flavors, the Asian-fusion dining destination at Tamarijn Aruba, brings both innovation and excitement to the resort’s culinary landscape. Following a brief closure for renovations and a new menu creation, Ginger is back to welcoming guests.

The newly refurbished restaurant features a more modern, industrial look, outside seating options and furniture handmade in Colombia. The interior features fresh lighting design, teak wall accents, an innovative décor technique that uses backlit translucent stone and handmade Bali-style bamboo chandeliers. The vibrant and electric restaurant provides a new type of dining experience, with Asian flavors at the forefront of the delicious menu created by Executive Chef Paul Zijlstra.

From incredible handcrafted sushi rolls to Wok main courses and favorites like Tokyo Beef and steamed Bao Buns, Ginger will bring a new style of cuisine to Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive.
