TripAdvisor Names Cayman Airways Best Airline in the Caribbean

TripAdvisor’s 2019 Travelers’ Choice Awards, which were presented on April 2, named Cayman Airways Limited the “Best Airline in the Caribbean” and a top “Specialty and Leisure Airline” within the North America region.

TripAdvisor is the world’s most robust travel website. Winners of its annual Traveler’s Choice Awards were determined based on the reviews and opinions collected from the website’s travelers worldwide, over the period of January to December 2018.

In response to winning the awards, Cayman Airways President and CEO, Fabian Whorms said,

Cayman Airlines has been the national carrier of the Cayman Islands since 1968. The airline operates a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft, providing flights between Grand Cayman to Chicago, Denver, Miami, Tampa, New York, Kingston, Montego Bay, Havana, La Ceiba and Roatan, Honduras. Additionally, Cayman Airways Express offers daily domestic flights between Grand Cayman and its Sister Islands of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
