Everton Blender to Headline Rastafari Rootzfest Launch in South Florida

Veteran Roots & Culture reggae vocalist Everton Blender will give a guest performance at the South Florida media launch for the 2018 Rastafari Rootzfest on Saturday, October 27, 2018.

The launch will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Tree Lion Restaurant located at 5705 Hallandale Beach Boulevard in West Park, Florida. Rootzfest founder, Ras Iyah-V Vassell will be on hand from Jamaica to announce the line-up of performers booked for the event along with details of the other activities associated with the festival.

One of the highlights of the upcoming Press Launch will be a special presentation by Rastafari neurosurgeon Dr. Anthony Hall who is licensed to prescribe medical cannabis treatments to patients in both Florida and Jamaica.

The 4th annual Rastafari Rootzfest will take place from December 14 to December 16, 2018 at the Long Bay Beach Park in the Western Jamaica resort town of Negril, starting at noon each day. Rastafari Rootzfest is an annual marijuana festival, consumer expo, trade show and growers competition.

The October 27th South Florida Press Launch for the 2018 Rastafari Rootzfest is sponsored by Pure Jamaica Island Traders, Rootz Reggae & Kulcha Magazine and Tree Lion Restaurant. The Rastafari Rootzfest and Ganja Seminar is produced by Rastafari In Inity.
