The deejay expressed his enthusiasm for this major achievement via his official Instagram page. He said, “so many times I was invited to Las Vegas and I said I won’t go until I’m working and last night I got to perform in front of 61,547 patrons in attendance at the Allegiant Stadium, plus the millions watching the @goldcup finals worldwide while I represent my country”.

His performance at the Gold Cup finals came as a collaboration with urban Latin pop duo Cali Y El Dandee for the tournament’s anthem ‘Juega’. Fans of the sport were in high spirits, cheering while the artists took the center field to deliver a blazingly memorable performance.

Dancehall stars The Cham, Busy Signal, Beenie Man and other superstars of the genre all gave congratulations to the ‘country boy’ on their Instagram pages for the deejay’s proud moment representing Jamaica.
