The event includes performances by leading gospel entertainer Peninsylin, comedienne actress Miss P, Basie Dave Band, Greg Baddal and Spider Squash.

Grant, and Tomlin will team up with playwright and actress Joy Grandison, and relative newcomer Bertie aka Silly Willy to do comedic skits, for the event. Interestingly, Bertie, real name Bertie Hall is behind the production of this event, also the Laugh til Yu Belly Bus series. He has a history of theater in his background from Jamaica as an alum of the Jamaica School of Drama alongside Joy Grandison and Stede Flash aka Jucky Jam. Bertie had made his only previous appearance on stage here in South Florida in one of three plays co- produced by Grandison and her partner Ken Anderson.

The name of that play is Delilah meets Granny. The other two are, Barbershop Bangarang and Three old goat. The series represent the first major effort to develop Jamaican style theater in South Florida.

Basie Dave, meanwhile comes to the party with a solid reputation as the man who helps to hold down the rhythm section for international superstar Shaggy as his touring bass player. His most recent appearance with Shaggy was at the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday November 13.

Peninsylin also has being making big strides as a top draw for gospel concerts all over the Jamaican diaspora with his reggae dancehall gospel style with songs such as Leg, breast and thigh and Spiritually Mawgah. Ironically, he came to fame with two wins in the Jamaican Festival Song competition. Furthermore, he is no slouch when it comes to comedy, a twist which he adds to his live performances. He has also been doing comedic skits playing different roles, one as the hilarious Granny P, the other as Mad Johnny.

Greg Baddal, has been getting high praise from those who have heard him sing. Now he is getting a big stage to confirm what his fans have been saying, in front of a larger audience, he will be joined by singing prodigy Spider Squash, young son of well-known South Florida sing jay Sasquatch who is a former winner of Showtime at the Apollo.

Entertainment Time will be hosted by pastor and comedian Rev. St. Hope who also hosts the Laff til YU Belly Bus series.
