This year, Bolton has partnered with Dr. Trisha Bailey, celebrated as the richest Jamaican-born woman alive, to elevate the initiative and reach more children than ever.

Bolton, a three-term commissioner and Manchester, Jamaica native, has championed Project Jamaica for 16 years. “Helping children who are less fortunate is at the core of my heart,” Bolton said. “It’s a privilege to make a difference in their lives, and I’m grateful to have Dr. Bailey on board to make this year’s initiative even more successful.”

Dr. Bailey’s journey from poverty to becoming a billionaire entrepreneur is both inspiring and resilient. Her business empire spans seven states, and her memoir, Unbroken, chronicles her remarkable life story.

Together, Bolton and Bailey plan to distribute toys, educational supplies, and food to nearly 5,000 children in Central Jamaica on Christmas Day, December 25. Bolton praised Bailey’s contributions, noting, “Dr. Bailey’s story is a shining example of what can be achieved through hard work and determination. I’m honored to have her as a partner in this initiative.”

Dr. Bailey also expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration. “I believe that giving back to the community is not just a responsibility but a privilege. Partnering with Commissioner Bolton on Project Jamaica is a wonderful opportunity for me to make a positive impact on the lives of these children, and I’m honored to be a part of it.”

Bolton’s long-standing dedication to service is evident in his extensive accomplishments, including his role as the youngest Teen Court Judge appointed to the Broward County Civil Citation program, Florida Supreme Court Mediator, and the youngest Vice Mayor in Tamarac’s history.

Project Jamaica is a powerful reminder of the impact generosity can have. With Bolton and Bailey leading the charge, this year’s initiative promises to bring smiles, hope, and happiness to thousands of children in Central Jamaica.
