Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was uninjured following his involvement in a car crash in Tennessee on Tuesday morning.
Reports are that the accident occurred while DeSantis was traveling to a scheduled event in Chattanooga. This was revealed by campaign spokesman Bryan Griffin.
According to reports, both Governor DeSantis, 44, and his team escaped the incident without injuries.

Chattanooga Police officials disclosed that a four-vehicle motorcade, carrying Governor DeSantis to a campaign stop, was involved in the crash on a highway.
According to authorities, the motorcade encountered slow-moving traffic and the lead vehicle made a sudden brake, resulting in a rear-end collision with the other vehicles.
Reports are that a female staffer sustained a minor injury however, she continued on to the event and was treated there.
In a statement, Griffin expressed gratitude for prayers and well-wishes concerning the governor’s safety during his campaign trail.
Governor DeSantis commenced his 2024 presidential campaign in May and has been embarking on a journey across the nation in pursuit of the GOP nomination.
